This company is AMAZING!!! They provide exceptional service at a reasonable cost. The crew is not only knowledgeable and very friendly but they go above and beyond the "call of duty!" I would absolutely recommend this shop to everyone I know.

They have re-built about 20 transmissions for my family and me in the past 35 years, It has always been a pleasurable experience. They care about customers cars and communicate well with the customers. I have referred many people to them and have never received a complaint.

Very pleased with the service I got from Mr Transmission. The transmission in my 2010 fusion had gone out 2 weeks before I was gonna make a trip out of town, Jerry from Mr Transmission was very professional and had my car towed in by Dads Towing. Found out next day that the transmission in my fusion was bad. They had it replaced with a new Trans and back running within a few days. I haven't had any issues with my fusion since and I drove it to California And back. I've also had engine work done on my silverado. Mr Transmission is my #1 go to for auto repair from now on.

Picked up my wife's car today runs better then when we first got it. Had a few issues dropped it off late Monday picked up today reasonably priced and will definitely use them again and refer others. Thank Jim and Jerry

Sometimes I take cars and transfer them myself to Mr. Transmission in order to get service done, but at times I have people who want to go directly out there. They ask me about his integrity and all that. I tell them that if they are not satisfied with him, I'll pay for it. I trust them 100%. I have been using Jim Mitchell since I opened in 1972, and they have moved since then. They were the first transmission shop I used, so I thought everyone would do business like Jim. After they moved I soon found out that not everybody does transmissions equally. When I took work elsewhere I would have to take it back to Jim for him to fix it right. They are honest, do what is necessary to fix the car, and once they fix it you don't have to go back. They fix it right the first time.

Today I just walked in to have my 02 Accord worked on. Although I already knew what I needed they still tried to sell me on the $85 per hour diagnostic. Even though the website says that is free. But when I opted for what the computer at Auto Zone suggested, they were more than happy to comply. I needed a 3rd gear pressure switch. And though it didn't seem to messed up, it felt like a new transmission when they repaired it. And all for the low price of 134.00. Sure, I probably could have done the job myself, but it was cheap enough just to have them do it. Glad I did. I will certainly take my Honda back for any other repairs that I need, and don't feel like doing myself. And in the event I ever break down on side of the road I'll definitely take advantage of the free towing back to their shop.

Jimmy Mitchell and his crew have been building transmissions for my family for about thirty years and we have never had a problem. Great service, on time and the transmissions always perform well.

I'm very happy with Madison, TN Mr. Transmission. I had a transmission go out in one of my carpet cleaning van's, and they had me on the road the very next day! The price was a little more than I was expecting, but it was money well spent considering the service I received. Job well done!

From Mr. Transmission, To Mr. Clint White Very sorry we lost your confidence in repairing your 1975 Plymouth Valiant. When your Plymouth was towed into our shop it would not start and our understanding from information we received from you was it just quit and would not restart. After towing your Plymouth to our shop replacing fouled spark plugs spark plug wires distributor cap rotor button and coil we were able to fire the engine. After fouling your spark plugs which occurs from over fueling resulting in cylinder wash we were in hope the compression would recover with driving. Our intentions were to help you as much as possible with as little cost as possible. Unfortunately some engine never recover and have to be overhauled or rebuilt. If your engine does not recover please remember all items we have replaced will be usable should you decide to overhaul or replace your engine. Thank You Jim Mitchell
